La Estancia, the festive Argentinian steakhouse in Paris

La Estancia Paris, located in the Saint-Michel district of Paris, Quai des Grands Augustins in the 6th arrondissement, is the new restaurant for meat lovers in search of beef that has roamed and thrived in the beautiful lands of Argentina.

Argentine meat is said to be among the best in the world. Beautiful breeds, endless open spaces and animals fed only on fresh grass, the result is bound to be good. At the Estancia, we select the finest meats for you to enjoy.

At the restaurant, let yourself be tempted by cuts such as Bife de Lomo (tenderloin39€), Bife Ancho ( rib eye 36€), Bife Angosto (sirloin 34€), Solomillo ( sirloin flank steak 29€) or Corazón de Cuadril (rump ste ak26€). Unless, of course, you fancy the famous Côte de boeuf to share for two (78€). Served at table under the flame of a thyme scented meat, a piece makes its effect. These pieces are accompanied by fresh French fries, vegetables and other corn to be eaten byhand.

Other specialties on the menu include linguine with summer truffles, salmon pavé and Argentine salad with prawns. All of this is accompanied bya fine list of Argentine wines selected from among the country's finest .
