Summum Rooftop, the giant terrace-restaurant-bar and crazy brunch - Closed

Rooftops are coming out of Paris to reveal crazy, affordable terraces. Following in the footsteps of Canopée in Montrouge, Summum Rooftop is located just outside Paris, in Créteil. But don't worry, the spot is accessible by metro ( line 8, Pointe du Lac station) and various bus routes.

Freshly opened in May, Summum Rooftop is the brainchild of the Monsieur T Invest group, who already delight us with their dark kitchen Kuto in Paris. This new rooftop is located in theEspace Grand Paris, a huge, modern, socio-cultural convention center with a range of innovative spaces. It's on the 4th floor of this building that you'll discover the panoramic restaurant and its 3 huge terraces of no less than 600 m2.

Summum Rooftop is a hydrous space with bar, restaurant, beer garden, relaxation areas and Sunday brunch. Chef Benjamin Grandclément's short, seasonal menu blends tradition and modernity. Tartare, steamed cod, bacon burgers and Caesar salads sit alongside 100% homemade pizzas, cooked over a wood-fired oven in keeping with tradition.

Sunday brunch is served from 11am to 4pm. Avocado toast, Oeuf Bénédicte, real burgers and sweet or savoury pancakes are served alongside granola and delicious French toast brioche.

Among the 3 terraces, on the right-hand side on arrival, we discover the Beer Garden and its large festive tables, ideal for afterwork or an aperitif with friends. With the help of a menu, you can help yourself to a variety of beers, allowing you to sample a little of everything. There's also a nice short menu of tapas to share.

On the left-hand side, a lovely long terrace, with shaded umbrellas but also sunny , is open to us.

Opposite the restaurant is the 3rd terrace on two levels, offering 3 distinct spots. A classic terrace with tables and garden furniture and two sunken terraces with poufs and deckchairs. Note that the terraces light up at night, so you can enjoy the music and lively evenings. These different areas can also be privatized for your festive events.

On these different spots, you can choose from the à la table menu or the tapas menu, offering mixed planks, falafel, spicy guacamole, hummus and other delights to share in the company of great cocktails or mocktails.

As you'll have guessed, this new rooftop with its many different areas open to all is sure to delight our evenings and Sundays. It's open to us from Wednesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
