Solis is Latin for sun, and the name wasn't chosen for nothing! The setting at Solis is just like the cuisine: warm, welcoming and inspired by Mediterranean colors and textures. Mediterranean cuisine is a cuisine that brings people together, that exudes joie de vivre and conviviality. Le Solis is a place that lives and changes atmosphere, from bright mornings thanks to large bay windows, to more subdued, intimate evenings. The materials used are raw, accompanied by warm colors and lots of greenery!

The brunch menu is designed to surprise and delight your taste buds. It features a cold buffet with smoked salmon, ceviches, mixed salads for the healthier eaters, cold mezzés, as well as cheese and charcuterie! For the hot buffet, you can enjoy a 100% USA plate with scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes.
Mezze lovers will be delighted by a selection of colorful and tasty plates, offering a gustatory journey through the different Mediterranean regions. Every week, the Mediterranean dish is the star of the brunch. It changes every week to add a little surprise!

When we think of the Mediterranean, we think of the sea, which is why on Sundays we add an iodized touch with a seafood platter! Vegetarians are not forgotten, with a range of tasty meatless dishes featuring seasonal vegetables.

All you need is mezzes!
Did you know? The word mezze comes from the Arabic "mazza", meaning "to taste" or "to nibble". The word evokes a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culinary tradition where a variety of small dishes are served to be shared. Mezzes are designed to tantalize the taste buds with a variety of flavors, from savory to sweet, spicy to melt-in-your-mouth. These are dishes to be savored slowly, accompanied by convivial conversation and a good glass of wine or mint tea.
At Restaurant Solis, mezzés are an invitation to a culinary journey full of diversity and daring. Among the delights on offer, here are just a few of the creations to discover: lamb briouate, prune condiment: a gambas puff pastry, ras el hanout bisque, green mayonnaise, paprika hummus, arancini, mozzarella and pistachio, supion tagine, black garlic, bell pepper msemen rolls, mini pastilla, vegetables, tapenade, panisse fries, smoked chickpea.
Each mezze at Solis is an invitation to explore new flavors, a blend of tradition and modernity, where each bite tells a story.
Starters: taste & comfort
The new signature menu features three incredible starters, including two super tasty vegetarian options: mushroom puff pastry with feta cream and pumpkin velouté with zaatar lutée in bread dough! That's it! But the most sensational starter is the octopus, which accompanies us in summer & winter this time with polenta, a lemon condiment for acidity & an herbal jus, you'll be telling us all about it!
Flat signatures: from Italy to the Maghreb via Spain
The chef reinvents classic Mediterranean dishes, taking influence from all over the basin. For the veggie team, you'll love the Jerusalem artichoke tatin, raw cream & thyme caramel, or the artichoke ricotta & pine nut ravioli. If you're looking for fish, you'll love the sea bass with its vegetables in broth and pan-fried, with extra harissa for a pep kick. Finally, make way for grilled chicken with a yoghurt sauce for lightness, homemade barbecue sauce for smokiness & harra batata!

We all have our own version of a sweet ending to a meal: fruit, chocolate, gourmet, light? Le Solis has something for everyone, with 4 desserts to tempt you:
