Danny Khezzar will soon be offering his cuisine in a restaurant in the Paris region, in a space 14 meters above ground, at the top of an architectural structure made of glass and mirrors. This 28-year-old chef, known for his participation in Top Chef and his star at the Bayview in Geneva, has not finished surprising us. Inspired by the animated film La-Haut, we're about to enter a whole new world.
He'll be serving original cuisine in his own image, which he hopes will be accessible to all in this new establishment. The theatrical decor reflects his two passions: cooking and music. At the center of the bar will be a large lacquered piano, promising lively evenings to the sound of French chanson standards.
The name of the restaurant has yet to be determined. In the spirit of participation, Danny Khezzar is inviting us to suggest names via a contest on Instagram. The winner will see his or her suggestion adopted and will benefit from an open table in the restaurant for one year.
