Under the direction of chef Takayuki Nameura, the Montée restaurant, located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, embodies excellence in gastronomic dining in Paris. Whether you choose a 6 or 10-step tasting menu, each dish is a refined exploration of flavors and textures.

Born in Kobe, Japan, Chef Takayuki Nameura discovered his passion for cooking at an early age. Trained at the Tsuji school in Osaka, he acquired skills in European and Asian cuisine while mastering Japanese techniques. His love of French cuisine led him to study and work in France, notably at the Relais de Bracieux and Maison Chabran.
