From 8pm, we sit down to enjoy a gourmet dinner with bistronomic influences, carefully concocted by the chef. From duck parmentier, grilled sucrine and Caesar sauce, to bresaola capriccio, fried artichokes and parmesan, to saithe fillet, creamy risoto with parmesan and chimichurri, the menu offers a range of delicious dishes, ideal for a good meal with friends or as a couple, before switching to festive mode at 10pm!
As soon as the plates are put away, the evening takes on a whole new ambience. From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., the Chalet du Lac transforms into a giant club, with DJ sets and light shows worthy of the greatest Parisian nights! The dance floors can accommodate up to 1,000 revelers, with the lake and woods nearby, good music and well-stocked bars: all the ingredients for a successful night!
