Johan Giacchetti, head chocolatier at Le Bristol Paris, delights us with his creations for Easter 2025. And this year, the chef is unveiling not one, but several sweet treats, at the Bristol Paris.
Carved from exceptional cocoa, the Bristol Paris signature egg celebrates the art that permeates the soul of the Palace. Its decor is inspired by the wrought iron of the historic elevator and the gilded bronzes of the Louis XV commodes. Mahogany is transformed into dark chocolate from Venezuela, while acanthus leaves are outlined in chocolate from Madagascar.
Behind the shell, available in 70% dark, milk or white chocolate, lies a treasure trove of delicately caramelized chips, almond pralines and roasted hazelnuts... And to celebrate the Palace's centenary, the large-format dark chocolate version contains a surprise: an exclusive "100 ans Le Bristol Paris" key ring. The large-format Signature Egg is available for €80.
Available in dark, blond or milk chocolate, Oeufs Rocher play on textures, and we love the balance of flavors. The blond chocolate, obtained by caramelizing white chocolate, stands out for its creamy texture and gourmet notes of caramel, cookie and salted butter. For those who prefer less sweet chocolate, we recommend you try the Œuf Rocher Noir.
Chef chocolatier Johan Giacchetti has also decided to offer elegant, designer chocolate hens, available in intense dark and milk versions. A range of Easter gourmet, available at theÉpicerie des Ateliers du Bristol and in Click and Collect, from April 2 to April 27, 2025 in limited edition.
