Gâteau et galettes des rois 2024 by Cyril Lignac

Every year, it's the same battle: there are the die-hard fans of the traditional frangipane galette des rois, the devotees of brioche crowns, and then there are the others who like to try out and discover something new.

To satisfy everyone, Pâtisserie Lignac is offering several creations forEpiphanie 2024:

• Le Gâteau des Rois brioché
  An emblem of the south, every year Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac welcomes the "Gâteau des Rois" for Epiphany! Its brioche dough, made with Charentes butter and delicately scented with orange blossom, is embellished with candied oranges and decorated with grains of sugar and caramelized dried fruit.

• Classic galette with almond or gianduja
  The puff pastry, made with Charentes butter and caramelized, comes in two versions: one topped withalmond milk cream for those who prefer the traditional galette, and another with gianduja for chocolate lovers.
  
  Galette des Rois Amande: individual price: 6€ | for 3-4 people: 24€ | for 6 people: 36€ | for 8 people: 48€
  Galette des Rois Gianduja for 4 people: 29€ Available from January 2 to 21, 2024.

Inside all three, teddy bear-shaped beans, a nod to Cyril Lignac's chocolate ones! Note that they are also available in boxes of 4 for collectors or those wishing to make the chef's recipe at home.
