RENAR Siren test scheduled at Trocadero this Tuesday, May 14, 2024

The siren, which will be activated for 5 minutes, is installed on the roof of the Musée National de la Marine. The sound emitted will cover a 500-meter radius around the museum, although the signal range may extend further depending on weather conditions. The building's elevated position helps to promote sound diffusion.

The purpose of the test is to ensure that the siren is working properly and to check the sound coverage of thewarning signal in the run-up to the Games.
