Tickets for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games have been snapped up like hotcakes. But luckily, some of them will be accessible for free, if you do it right!

There are still a few tickets available for the Olympic Games, but many sports have quickly disappeared, leaving many French people frustrated. Of not having been drawn, but also of not having been able to buy a place, even with a slot, due to prices being too high or sports being unavailable. But in any case, there are a few sports at the Paris 2024 Olympics that you can see for free, with a little organization!

Many disciplines, including some of the highlights, will be held outdoors, making them accessible to the public. If you're a marathon, cycling, walking or triathlon fan, then you'll be able to watch the athletes in action at the Olympic Games! However, seats for these sports are available from 24 euros. For example, you'll have to pay to watch the marathon finish at Les Invalides. But you can follow the runners along the nearly 42km course to cheer on the French, free of charge!

All the open water events on the Seine will also be visible without a ticket for many French people. All you have to do is stand on the right banks or bridges to watch the triathletes swim. Ditto for road cycling! On the other hand, to enjoy the sailing and surfing, unless you live in Marseille or Tahiti, you'll still have to pay for the trip! But athletes can also be applauded free of charge.

Of course, those who can't make it to the capital during these emotional few days will be able to watch the competition live on TV, without having to travel all over Paris on public transport!
