"9a.m. and 11 a.m.: Paralympic Torch Relay in the village.
9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m.: C'est BEAU! by DK-BEL
This inclusive, participatory choreographic piece seeks to highlight the notion of Beauty, which can be a vector of personal, collective and even universal emotion. C'est BEAU ! is based on Charles Baudelaire's notion of Beauty, for whom beauty is born from the fragility of beings, from pain, from the bizarre and from chaos.
Performed by 12 dancers from different cultures, with and without disabilities, it offers the world a particular, singular and sensitive vision of beauty. It highlights the values of Olympism, with its notions of heritage and surpassing oneself."

From 8:30 pm: "Divertimento" symphonic concert
This festive day will close in the evening on the esplanade de Paris with Rhapsodie sportive, a major free show by the Divertimento orchestra - directed by conductor Zahia Ziouani - combining musical and sporting performances. An exceptional audiovisual experience where symphonic music and sport come together to explore the beauty of the sporting gesture and great music. Fencing, boxing, tennis, BMX and breakdance are choreographed in turn through great pages from the symphonic repertoires of France, Spain, England, Italy, Russia, Japan, Australia, Mexico and the United States.
Rhapsodie sportive is also a musical show that reminds us of the universality of music and sport, through musical stopovers on all five continents, where great international sporting events have taken place in the course of our contemporary history, including the Olympic Games."
