Did you know? If, as at the Olympic Games, the medals are set with a piece of the Eiffel Tower, those of the Paralympic Games have another special feature. This time, the codified motif of the Olympics gives way to a free motif, and those of the Paris 2024 JOPs reveal a design that also pays homage to the famous iron lady. The back of the medal features a low-angle view of the architecture of the emblematic Paris monument. The Eiffel Tower motif is also engraved with a Braille inscription reading " Paris 2024".
