Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy unveils system requirements for PC and consoles

As fans of the Harry Potter saga are eagerly anticipating the release of Hogwarts Legacy, Avalanche Software has revealed the system requirements for running the game on PC and consoles. We tell you everything!

Notice to gamers who are fans of the Harry Potter saga! Hogwarts Legacy: The Hogwarts Legacy, developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games, awaits the wizard in you on PS5, Xbox Series and Steam Deck from February 10th, 2023! A game that promises a beautiful immersion in a beautiful worked universe, considering the required configuration to run the game!

So, as announced by Avalanche and Warner, various graphic modes are planned: a performance mode and a fidelity mode on the console version. The first one allows to run the game in 4K at 60 frames per second, while the second one proposes a 4K restricted to 30 frames per second. Two game modes each bringing its own touch. And as for the PC version, you'll need to have a strong system if you want to be able to play without worries.

At the very least, to run Hogwarts Legacy, you'll need 720p and 30 fps, under Windows 10 or 11. A game that weighs 85GB... That's a lot of space on your PC! In detail, here are the required configurations to play, as reported by our colleagues of the journaldugeek:
