A first “general public” ticketing service opened on April 6, 2021. Tickets were sold out in no time and now, it is hard to find tickets to attend game. Fortunately, you are given another try: this Tuesday January 24, 2023, from 6 p.m. (CET), the event opens the ticketing service again.
The official ticket resale platform opens this January 24, in the evening. Yet, you shall be swift, they are likely to sell like hot cakes!
Depending on games and host-cities, tickets can cost between €10 and €550. And for the great World Cup final, held at the Stade de France, allow at least €100 for a ticket in category 4, and up to €950 for a category 1 seat.
Tickets on sale on January 24, are resold by people who purchased tickets for the Cup in 2021 and 2022, and who want to get rid of them. “Starting on 12 January, people with tickets purchased during the 2021 and 2022 sales phases will be able to place tickets they no longer require on the official resale platform. Tickets will be resold at fixed prices depending on the match and the category. These tickets will be available for purchase to all fans worldwide starting 24 January, with individual buyers permitted to purchase a maximum of six tickets”, the official website of the ticketing service reads.
