As soon as you arrive, you'll be offered a coffee or glass of water and then left to prepare for your Pilates Reformer session. As a reminder, Pilates Reformer is an exercise method using an apparatus with a mobile platform (a Reformer) and springs, enabling you to work on strength, flexibility and balance by targeting deep muscles. At Culte, we offer three different classes: newbie (beginner), flow (intermediate) and advanced (advanced), which is not always the case in group Pilates Reformer classes.

We were able to try out the flow and advanced classes, which are taught by coaches who are very attentive to your needs and, above all, watch your every move to avoid injury. The group class room, containing 11 Reformer machines, is located in the basement, in a rather dark room that allows you to relax. At Culte Reformer, you come to build muscle, but also to release the pressure of the week: the coaches help you work on your breathing throughout the class.

The Culte Reformer studio offers a convivial lounge where you can relax before and after your session, whether on the velvet sofa or in the coworking corner to check your e-mails, in a warm atmosphere.
