It has been already over 30 years since Dream Theater started to hit the top of the charts. And there is nothing more natural for the American band than hitting the European road again for a tour called “Top of the World Tour”, in tribute to their latest opus. In France, James LaBrie and his friends are to play four exceptional shows. Save the date! Dream Theater will start in Paris, with a show scheduled on Monday April 25, 2022 at the Palais des Sports – Dôme de Paris. Then, they will go to Rennes, then Bordeaux Arkea Arena, and last but not least, the Zenith in Toulouse.
This is the occasion for the “prog metal” band to take you down memory lane and play several of their countless hits including “Pull Me Under”, “As I Am”, or even “Forsaken”. But Dream Theater are also to play live some of their new songs, coming from their upcoming album “A View From The Top Of The World”.
Running wild since 1989, the American progressive metal band managed to overcome the years and despite a change of lineup… But Dream Theater’s longevity on the metal stage owes to the extremely committed fans who help the band grow popular over the years. Fans will undoubtedly not miss Dream Theater’s new tour. As for tickets, do not miss the Gérard Drouot Productions presale opening this Wednesday September 1 at 10 a.m. (Paris time).
In the meantime, we leave you to “The Alien”, a single from Dream Theater’s upcoming album called “A View From The Top Of The World” (out on October 22, 2021)!
