After announcing a show this summer in Brittany at the Motocultor Festival, the British band The Libertines will be back in France this Fall 2022, for an exclusive show in Paris scheduled on Monday October 24, 2022 at the Zénith de La Villette.
For the record, The Libertines had their glory days at the beginning of the 2000’s. For instance, we owe them many hits such as “Don’t Look Back Into the Sun”, “Can’t Stand Me Now”, “Time for Heroes”, “Up the Bracket”, “Gunga Din”, or even “You’re My Waterloo”. After splitting in 2004, the British rock band briefly reunited in 2010 to perform a few shows, before a genuine reformation in 2014. The band’s latest album was released in 2015, called “Anthems for Doomed Youth”.
This October 24, 2022, head to the Paris Zénith to (re)discover The Libertines live. The quartet’s – led by Peter Doherty and Carl Barât – Parisian show will be the occasion to relive a few of the band’s many rock hits and take a walk down memory lane. For the biggest fans, the ticketing service opens from February 25 at 11 a.m. (Paris time).
In the meantime, we let you work on your classics with “Don’t Look Back Into the Sun”:
