Bigflo & Oli at Paris La Défense Arena: everything you need to know

Four years after their show at the Paris La Défense Arena, Bigflo and Oli return to set Europe's biggest indoor venue alight with a unique concert on Friday, December 8, 2023. It's an opportunity for the two brothers from Toulouse to once again bring their hits to this large venue in the Hauts-de-Seine region, and to defend live their most recent tracks from the opus"Les autres c'est nous", released in 2022.

We imagine that Bigflo & Oli 's Paris show will also have a few surprises in store... We won't tell you more, but you should know that Bigflo & Oli's concert at Paris La Défense Arena will very soon be broadcast in prime time on France 2.

In the meantime, fans can look forward to seeing their favorite artists live on December 8. But when should the doors open this Friday? When is the show due to start? Is there an opening act? The Paris La Défense Arena has lifted the veil on the practical and useful information you need to know in order to best prepare for your visit.

For the impatient, know that Paris La Défense Arena will open its doors at 5:30pm for "Early" ticket holders, and from 6:00pm for the general public. The show kicks off at 7:25 p.m. with the opening acts.

Sequence of events:

• 5:30 p.m.: EARLY access opens, for EARLY ticket holders only;
• 6:00 p.m.: doors open to the general public;
• 7:25pm: opening acts & show starts.

Another piece of information, and not the least, concerns transport to and from the venue. In view of the expected large crowds, the venue recommends that spectators use public transport to get to and from the Paris La Défense Arena.

You can take metro line 1, RER A, Tramway T2 or Transilien lines L and U.

Please note that Paris La Défense Arena has several different entrances, depending on your place in the hall. Therefore, " the colored access indicated on your ticket (yellow, red or purple) helps you to find your way around, but does not represent a compulsory passage point for screening ", explains the Paris La Défense Arena, which advises you to go directly to the entrances indicated below:

• Entrances to the early pit are via gate 12;
• Entrances to the pit and platforms are via gate 33;
• Entrances to level 1 are via gates 5, 34 and 60;
• Level 4 entrances are via gates 8, 48 and 56;
• VIP entrances are via doors 21, 39 and 55;
• Access for people with disabilities and reduced mobility will be via entrance 38.

The venue also recommends that the public arrive around 5:30pm. "Forreasons of ease and fluidity of access, access to security checks is not organized solely by order of arrival of spectators in the queue, but also takes into account the ticket category and the fluidity of passage at the various points" Paris La Défense Arena would like to point out. And for those who plan to arrive early, the venue invites them to"wait inside the Paris La Défense Arena waiting area, which will be set up from 11:00 a.m. and which you can find on the map in the "Find your entrance now" section".

On its website, Paris La Défense Arena also reminds you of the list of prohibited objects at concerts, "in accordance with legislation governing establishments open to the public ". Forbidden are " all dangerous and illicit objects that are bulky, that could be used as projectiles and that could be a danger to spectators, visitors or artists, or that could be diverted from their intended use for malicious purposes", such as bottles and flasks, helmets, alcoholic beverages, any object on wheels (skateboards, rollerblades, etc.), unauthorized cameras, rigid umbrellas, signs larger than 1m x 1m, megaphones and foghorns. The venue also specifies: "In view of current events, we are tightening up access to bags on the site. Authorized bags or panniers must be less than 10L ".

Once the concert is over, we advise you to go to La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A) if you wish to return to Paris.

For all other directions, go to La Défense station for Transilien lines L and T2. " If you are taking public transport to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Cergy and Poissy, you can go to Nanterre Préfecture station and take the RER A," adds Paris La Défense Arena.
