Unusual: a morning of yoga and sport at the Bataclan to metal music

More accustomed to hosting major national and international artists, the Bataclan venue in Paris is going for something original this winter. On Sunday March 3, 2024, the Bataclan is opening its doors to the Metal Workout team for a morning of sport and music!

A new application available since February 5, Metal Workout offers metalheads the chance to do some sport, as well as yoga, to the accompaniment of metal music! For the occasion, the app has called on two of extreme music's big names: on the one hand, Frenchman Yann Heurtaux, famous guitarist with Mass Hysteria and Karras, and also a qualified sports coach, and on the other, American Matthew K. Heafy, guitarist/vocalist with Trivium and Ibaraki, and an accomplished sportsman.

Aimed at novices and seasoned athletes alike, the Metal Workout app offers metal music lovers alike the chance to work out with riffs, at home or in the gym, with or without equipment, thanks to a personalized program designed by Yann Heurtaux.

To motivate as many people as possible, the Metal Workout team will be at the Bataclan on March 3, 2024, for an unusual morning of sports led by Sylvie Long. Join us from 10am to 11am for a metal yoga session, followed by a cross-training session from 11:30am to 12:30pm. If you're up for it, don't forget to sign up!
