The one-man show promises a poetic retelling of the life of Joseph Kessel. Writer, reporter, adventurer and Resistance fighter, Joseph Kessel was an observer of the world and witnessed both world wars in the 20th century. Of Lithuanian origin, the writer joined the air force during the First World War, and obtained French nationality. After publishing several novels, he returned to journalism in 1939, joined the Resistance and was elected to the Académie française in 1962.
