As thePompeii exhibition gets underway, the RMN - Grand Palais is offering a new operation: "Place aux jeunes", to visit its exhibitions free of charge during time slots that are not very popular. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 12:30 pm, 1 pm, 1:30 pm and on Wednesdays at 7 pm, 7:30 pm, 8 pm, it is possible to travel to Pompeii by reserving a free ticket on the Grand Palais website.
The reservation is simple, you select a day and a possible time (Friday 1pm for example), and a list of prices is displayed. At the bottom, you see"Place aux jeunes" at 0 euro. Then you just have to select your place (up to two places) and that's it. On the day of the visit, you just need to show your ID to get in.
The Grand Palais website clearly states that "if the Place aux Jeunes reservation is not offered, it is because there is no more availability for this time slot; you must therefore select another date.
In addition to thePompeii exhibition, it is possible to see the Black and White photo exhibition, which will take place from November 12, 2020 to January 4, 2021, and theMan Ray and Fashion exhibition (from September 23, 2020 to January 17, 2021) at the Musée du Luxembourg. Tickets for the Black and White exhibition have been launched, but you will have to wait until September 15 for the Man Ray reservations, with more time slots, since it will be from Monday to Friday at 5 pm (except on November 11 and January 1)
We remind you that the exhibitions of the Grand Palais are free all year long to young people under 16 years old, it is not necessary to take a ticket "Place aux jeunes" for children.
