Galeries Montparnasse is reborn in a new light. You haven't heard the last of this huge new space, which will feature monumental exhibitions, immersive experiences and much more. Located in the emblematic building of the former Galeries Lafayette Montparnasse, they cover more than 10,000 square meters, promising an abundance of cultural activities and events.
Led by the Teamstadia agency, this one-of-a-kind venue is being revitalized after years of transformation. The work, undertaken following the departure of Galeries Lafayette at the end of 2018, has metamorphosed the space into a dynamic cultural hub, spanning three levels. A veritable entertainment hub is taking shape, offering a wealth of activities unheard of on Paris's Left Bank.
In the coming weeks, visitors will have the opportunity to plunge into a diversified universe. The program includes immersive exhibitions such as The Art of the Brick: A life in Lego, and Tutankhamun, the Pharaonic Experience, scheduled for February 2024. But that's not all: events such as the Violette Sauvage dress sale, Roller Disco in collaboration with the Flaneurz brand, and many other surprises await you from January 2024.
The project, described by Teamstadia CEO Pierre-Yves Bonniau as the culmination of several years' hard work, marks an important milestone in the cultural and events history of Paris. It represents one of the capital's most significant transitional real estate projects.
The Galeries Montparnasse scenography, entrusted to artist Jeanne Massart, renowned for her work with festivals such as Rock en Seine, Printemps de Bourges and We Love Green, promises an exceptional visual and immersive experience. This space is a place for encounters, exchange and discovery, where art and culture come together to offer an unforgettable experience.
Come and discover Galeries Montparnasse! It's an invitation to explore a cultural and festive universe in the heart of Paris, a unique opportunity to experience memorable moments in a reinvented historic setting.
