TrantranZai 's mission is to take you on a journey to the heart of China, and it's mission accomplished! The basis of the menu is fresh homemade noodles, served daily with or without broth, accompanied by vegetables, chicken or minced pork, and spiced to taste. All you have to do is specify the spiciness level, from 0 to 6, to enjoy your dish!
One of the specialties, Dan Dan noodles, attracts with the tender texture of the noodles and the spicy flavor of the sauce, which instantly awakens your taste buds. You're immediately drawn to the red chili oil floating on the surface of the noodles, prepared with red chili peppers, Sichuan pepper and various spices, giving off a tantalizing chili aroma.
And if you really want to immerse yourself in China, the beef noodle soup will seduce you with its irresistible aroma, and for vegetarians, the steaming bowl of Chongqing noodle soup exudes a pure, tantalizing aroma. The noodles are full and delicate, while the bright colors of the vegetables whet the appetite. The fragrant aroma of spring onions, the rich flavor of garlic and the delicate aroma of soy sauce combine to create a unique flavor. These seasonings blend perfectly with the noodles and vegetables, creating a tasty vegetarian dish.
