La Vie est belle: Toqué Frères' joyful and colorful exhibition at Fluctuart, our photos

New free exhibition at Fluctuart! After Speedy Graphito and VLP artists, the famous urban center on the Seine presents " La Vie est Belle ". Behind this new installation, on view from March 20 to June 1, 2025, Fluctuart invites us to discover the funny, joyful and colorful world of Toqué Frères.

Formed in 2014 by two brothers, Félix and Marin, this artistic duo produce creations combining meticulous lettering, subtle wordplay and images inspired by their artistic influences and the letter painters of the early 20th century. Their thought-provoking works are filled with messages of hope and beauty. While some urban artists focus on messages of social and political protest, Les Toqué Frères opt for positive messages to warm the hearts of their readers.

With the " La Vie est Belle " exhibition, Les Toqué Frères continue their artistic mission, filled with kindness and color.

For the occasion, the Fluctuart barge designed a scenography in the image of the two artists: quirky, lively and colorful. A number of works are on display, each with a message to make us smile and reflect:"True beauty lies within", for example, on a mirror, or"A smile a day keeps the doctor away forever", or"Hope in your face". And don't forget this statuette of the Virgin Mary, with her feet in the water, above which is written"For all requests, please contact the Marie de Paris".

In short, this is an exhibition that will undoubtedly delight urban art lovers in search of a cheerful interlude in these gloomy times. On the other hand, if you prefer dark, protesting works, you'll have to pass.

To discover the positive and joyful world of Toqué Frères, visit Fluctuart from March 20 to June 1, 2025. The exhibition is open free of charge from Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 2 a.m. Free guided tours are also available from Friday to Sunday, from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and from 4.30 to 6.30 pm.
