With over 2,500 species and varieties of trees living side by side, forming the richest tree collection in Europe, the Arboretum de Versailles-Chèvreloup is a unique site, managed by the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle and awarded the "Jardin remarquable" label. From April, when the cherry and magnolia trees are in bloom, to spring, when the magnificent rhododendrons and red chestnut trees are in full bloom, and autumn, when the shimmering colors of the trees range from yellow to red, the Arboretum is a great place to stroll, relax and recharge your batteries, alone, with friends or family.
