Located near the Musée du Luxembourg, the Mademoiselle Angelina tea room has reinvented itself to appeal to a younger, neighborhood clientele. This new face of the brand, a bit like some perfume houses that offer products a little different from the parent company, retains its architectural codes and the excellence of its products, while adopting a more contemporary and relaxed atmosphere.
Mademoiselle Angelina has a new terrace as well as a central bar inside. The culinary offer has been completely redesigned to delight guests from breakfast to early evening. This new version of the tea room will appeal to those in search of gourmet delights and refinement.
From March 15 to July 16, 2023, Mademoiselle Angelina offers exclusive culinary creations in connection with theexhibition Léon Monet, Claude's brother and artist collector, at the Musée du Luxembourg.
In limited edition, the tea room also presents the Saumon Gravlax and the Palette Pastry, creations inspired by the universe of Léon Monet, color chemist, industrialist and collector. The Saumon Gravlax Palette is a colorful creation that brings freshness and vivacity, concocted by Chef Erwann Le Guerroué. As for the Pâtisserie Palette, it contains a light mascarpone mousse, accompanied by a caramel insert and a vanilla ganache, created by Chef Christophe Appert.
Don't miss the opportunity to discover Mademoiselle Angelina 's innovative concept and to savor her unique and ephemeral culinary delights, by visiting the tea room during the Leon Monet exhibition at the Musée du Luxembourg.
