Jean Imbert signs a new limited-edition brunch via his restaurant Mamie, available for delivery anywhere in France on the first 3 weekends of June! A collab with Nespresso highlighting the new Congo Bio coffee variety.
Ever heard of cooking with coffee? How about a brunch for two, available all over France, imagined by an exceptional Top Chef? This brunch for two, priced at €95, consists of the following menu, accompanied by two coffee cups (pictured) and 4 Nespresso capsule cases from the Reviving Origins range, including the famous Congo Bio.

Brioche perdu au café Congo Bio with cherries from historic trees
Imagine a brioche loaf made with natural sourdough, soaked in coffee eggnog and browned in hazelnut butter with its pan-fried cherries, a real treat.
Forgotten tomatoes and pickles
Pineapple & black Crimean tomatoes from Jacquie Mercier's garden, served with a rhubarb vinaigrette.
Disappearing zucchini & smoked trout
Beautiful slices of raw violet and yellow zucchini, accompanied by Pyrenean salmon trout.
Oeuf cocotte aux herbes introuvables de mon potager
Organic eggs from the Rambouillet farm accompanied by divine herbs from Jean's garden, this is a delight.
