The 19.20 gourmet brunch at the Prince de Galles Paris

Choose between the modern decor ofAkira Back, the comfortable spaces of 19.20 by Norbert Tarayre or the verdant patio, ideal for fine weather. As you'll see, this brunch is all about talent. From seasonal French cuisine to Japanese delights and Hélène Kerloeguen's delicious pastry creations, you'll never be bored.

On arrival, you'll discover the savoury buffet of Akira Back's Côte. Salads, cold cuts, club sandwiches, pitas and falafels, oysters and shellfish are all on offer. Add to that makis and sasihimis sublimated with flavors from around the world, and you've got yourself a treat.

As for hot dishes, the house offers a whole range of eggs in the style that suits you, as well as dishes made to order. From loins of veal glazed with mustard seeds to caramelized octopus Basquaise-style or lasagne with eggplant and mushrooms, there's something for everyone. Our choice is accompanied by an excellent mashed potato, a real treat.

Of course, this is accompanied by hot drinks and various juices (raspberry and pepper for us). We'll have the unctuous gourmet hot chocolate and cappuccino.

For viennoiseries and desserts, head for Bar 19-20, where an enormous, gargantuan table awaits you. On this side, viennoiseries argue with cakes and cookies, cheese marries with a whole range of different breads, fruit is present in profusion and Hélène's pastries are just waiting for us. Will you be able to resist her famous millefeuille or chocolate mousse? I'm not sure...
