The Paname Art café offers a brunch followed by a show, every Saturday and Sunday, every Wednesday, every public holiday and every day during school vacations. The Paname Comedy Brunch is an opportunity to spend a tasty moment followed by a good laugh.
Paname Art Café offers 100% homemade brunches, followed by a show. Don't feel like going to a Comedy Club after work? Then the Paname Comedy Brunch is for you! It's a chance to brunch with friends, family or lovers before discovering comedy talent in Paris's 11th arrondissement.
Every Saturday and Sunday, the comedy club offers 3 slots:
- - Brunch at 11:00 a.m. followed by the show at 12:30 p.m.
- - Brunch at 12:45 p.m. followed by the show at 2:15 p.m.
- - Brunch at 2:30 p.m. followed by the show at 4:00 p.m.
The dining room, an attractive, uncluttered room, is located above the auditorium. The café also has a terrace, which is very pleasant and sunny on sunny days. The brunch offered is a formula with several options to choose from. We began our brunch with a basket of pastries and breads, accompanied by afresh fruit juice (grapefruit or orange) and a choice of hot beverage.
We then choose between 3 courses: the classic Paname burger with home fries, the toasted country tartine with guacamole, poached eggs, tomato pesto, rocket salad and sun-dried tomatoes, and the Buddha bowl: Asian mixed salad with vinegared rice and knife-cut salmon. We chose the Buddha bowland the tartine, and we weren't disappointed! The Buddha bowl is rather hearty and the salmon is very good. The tartine is equally hearty and tasty.
For dessert, we chose the seasonal fruit pancake and the brioche French toast, caramel beurre salé and vanilla ice cream, but we could also choose the granola fromage blanc. The brioche is perfectly executed and adds a touch of sweetness ideal for gourmands. The pancakes, a slightlylighter option, are topped with fresh fruit and we were offered the option of adding maple syrup.
After enjoying ourselves, we're called down to the stand-up room, and off we go for just over an hour of laughter. The comedians are all very good and alternate every Saturday and Sunday, so you'll be able to meet Hugo tout seul, Djimo, the real Lala and many others.
Brunch + show costs 40 euros, which you can pay directly on the website, and the value for money is very good. The Paname Comedy Club, a victim of its own success, is however always rather crowded, so if you prefer a very intimate venue, this may not be for you.
The Paname Comedy Brunch guarantees you a good time, in a place that's both sleek and relaxed! Go to 14 rue de la Fontaine au Roi in Paris's 11th arrondissement .
