From October 2012, Carré sur Seine, the association of Boulogne's art galleries(Exit Art Contemporain, Green Flowers Art Gallery, MondapArt and VOZ'Galerie) and theCourtyard by Marriott hotel invite you to a special encounter with an artist every first Sunday of the month during Art Brunch.
Each month, the Marriott Boulogne hotel will host an exhibition by a Carré sur Seine artist, who will present his or her work during a brunch hosted by chef Caroline Tartour. This exclusive and convivial invitation to discover art will take you into the confidence of an artist and the exploration of his or her world in the refined setting of the Bistro "Oléo Pazzo". A unique opportunity to exchange ideas with artists and their gallery owners.
Initiated by Julie Van De Kerkhove, Director of the Marriott Hotel, Art Brunch continues a tradition of artistic emulation and cultural dynamism that has been present in Boulogne since the 1930s. With its network of galleries and museums(Musée des années 30, Musée Paul Belmondo, Musée Albert Kahn...), its major architectural heritage (parcours des années 30) and the development of the R4, a cultural and artistic hub on the Ile Seguin, Boulogne is more than ever asserting its cultural influence.
