Emblematic of Café Pouchkine, the "tarte soleil" is available in different flavors every season! For this spring edition, the tart rests on a coconut streuzel and encloses a heart of raspberry under a coconut cream. The corolla of generous fresh raspberries adds an attractive touch of color.
