Naughty ice creams and gourmet milkshakes from La Quequetterie

Do you know Quequetterie, this naughty, gourmet Parisian spot on rue d'Aboukir in the 2nd arrondissement, which has been making little babies all over the place since its birth in 2020? We've talked to you here and there about their fluffy pancakes with glazes, toppings and fillings in quequette or foufounes formats, now both sweet and savoury.

When the warm weather arrives, the brand also offers gourmet ice creams for you to discover. Imagine the happy marriage between a warm waffle (muy caliente in the shape of a foufoune), generously topped with toppings, and two scoops of ice cream in a choice of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or coconut, all covered with a glaze.

These creations range from €5 to €8, depending on your choice. Several combinations are available: The Pussy & Cream with vanilla ice cream, Nutella, white chocolate and Oreo is the best-selling resto of all. But you can also opt for the Foufoune Cougar with vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, caramelized peanuts and salted butter caramel, the Sugar Momy with strawberry jam and sprinkles, or the Sweet Milk with milk jam and speculos.

We couldn't resist the Banana Split version, of course. Chocolate inside the waffle, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, a sliced banana, chocolate icing and colorful vermicelli and we're good to go (6€).

Milkshakes are now also part of the Quequetterie range. Our creations include Cookie & Cream, with vanilla, white chocolate, Oreo and vermicelli, and Fraisier, with vanilla ice cream, strawberry candy and sweet vermicelli. For our part, we set our sights on the Best of the moment, the very, very hearty Milkshake Cheesecake Passion (7€). Warning: this is for real gourmets.

Note that the house also offers ultra-refreshing Granités, also in different flavors. In short, this is one address that can't leave you cold! However, we don't yet know whether these creations will raise or lower your temperature, so it's up to you to find out!
