Chef Xavier Pincemin unveils ephemeral street-food restaurant

Xavier Pincemin, the chef revealed in season 7 of Top Chef, which he won, is opening an ephemeral restaurant in Paris, from May 23 to 29, 2024. For one week, head to 2 rue Bichat, in the 10th arrondissement, to discover what theInternet 's favorite chef has planned to delight gourmets.

In collaboration with Pepsi, the chef has created three menus inspired by three major street-food destinations: Paris, New York and Seoul. And it's around an unusual ingredient, Pepsi, that Xavier Pincemin has crafted these iconic street-food recipes, available in vegetarian and children's versions.

New York menu:

• Starter: Pepsi'ronis Pizza Pepperoni, Pepsi-infused tomato sauce, basil, cheddar cheese
• Dish: Pepsi Deli Hot Dog Smoked beef brisket, Pepsi BBQ sauce, served with mashed potatoes
• Dessert: Pepsi-licious Cookie Cookie mi-cuit, vanilla pannacotta foisonnée, Pepsi caramel

Seoul menu :

• Starter: Pepsi Gangnam Salmon Peeled salmon with gochujang and Pepsi reduction, crispy rice, ginger cream
• Dish: Pepsi Korean Fried Chicken, Pepsi dakgagjeong topping (soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and Pepsi), served with romaine salad, mung beans and edamame beans
• Dessert: Peps'Ice Cherry Crushed ice with Pepsi, ice cream and cherry coulis

Paris menu :

• Starter: Pepsi Egg Meurette Egg, mushrooms, turkey bacon, bread croutons, Pepsi sauce
• Croissant Pepsi (smash) Burger Croissant bun, smashed steak, Pepsi BBQ sauce, Pepsi caramelized onions, served with green salad
• Dessert: Pepsi Twist Brioche perdu, Pepsi caramelized apples, Pepsi caramel
