If you're not yet ready to give up your meat-eating ways and go vegetarian, why not take a trip to Les Fines Lames, in the 18th arrondissement. It should be just what you're looking for.
At Les Fines Lames, we focus on the essentials: meat in all its forms! - from Nadaud-Delahaye, artisan butchers and pork butchers from father to son for 3 generations. Not to mention that, in addition to quality sourcing, everything here is homemade .
At the helm of Les Fines Lames are Guillaume, Thibault and Vivian, childhood friends who left everything behind to embark on this joint adventure after their first success, the Rughetta.
The menu features classic dishes. Starters include grilled marrow bone and cantal/chorizo/pepper boiled egg. For the main course, picana, bavette, filet and Angus entrecôte do the trick, accompanied by home fries, pan-fried vegetables and a homemade sauce.
Duos of friends and couples (or very big eaters) will go for the 1 kilo Stockman or Angus prime rib! And as for desserts, we're sticking to our tried-and-tested values, with dark chocolate coulant, pear and white chocolate entremets and soft brioche perdue.
In short, this is a restaurant for epicureans!
