Recipe for Astara's smoked salmon tartine

For 4 people
Duration : 20 min

Ingredients:
4 slices of Scottish smoked salmon
4 nice slices of farmhouse bread
250g of fresh cheese (cream cheese or goat cheese)
Fresh herbs (chives, dill)
1 lemon
1 red onion
A few pink berries
Arugula
Salt & pepper

Preparation:

Brown the slices of farmhouse bread in the oven.

Prepare the fromage frais: in a bowl, mix the cheese with the chopped fresh herbs, the zest of a yellow lemon, chopped pink berries, salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture generously on the bread.

Add a nice slice of Scottish smoked salmon on each slice of bread.

Finish with a sprinkling of chopped red onion, fresh herbs, arugula shoots and a squeeze of lemon juice.
