What's on the menu? Ponzu revisits the classics of Japanese cuisine, from sushi and bao burgers to egg rolls, gyozas and sashimi... To get you started, start gently with the à la carte appetizers, which include the essentials of this cuisine: seaweed salad for purists, sea bream ceviche or salmon carpaccio au couteau for raw fish lovers. As for hot starters, we recommend gyozas - with vegetables or shrimps, topped with truffle oil (optional) - and crispy vegetarian egg rolls.

The house specialty is undoubtedly sushi, with delicious signature makis: the Black Tiger with tempura shrimp topped with avocado, the Circle Salmon Spicy with salmon tartar accompanied by yuzu, wasabi and pomegranate, and so on. For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend you try the "Rice Crousty" hot sushi, featuring vinegar-coated rice breaded in panko breadcrumbs and topped with the fish tartar of your choice (tuna, salmon, spicy or not...). On the sweet side - if you've got any room left - we recommend the apple-caramel gyozas: melt-in-your-mouth, not too sweet, they're the perfect dessert after a meal of fresh fish!
