Poissonnerie Viot, a forerunner in fish preservation, is teaming up with celebrity chef Masayoshi Haraguchi, aka Masacomic, from June 1 to August 15, 2024. This alliance offers a unique gastronomic experience, combining the quality seafood of Poissonnerie Viot with the creative talent of the Japanese chef.

From June 1 to August 15, 2024, Poissonnerie Viot and chef Masayoshi Haraguchi invite you to discover an exceptional culinary fusion. Each evening, between 6pm and midnight, guests will have the privilege of savoring two distinct formulas, designed by Chef Haraguchi. Lovers of Japanese cuisine and seafood will have the opportunity to appreciate the excellence of Poissonnerie Viot's products, sublimated by the chef's creativity.

Inside the fishmonger's, an intimate and refined omakase experience awaits you. With only eight places available per service, these dinners take place from Tuesday to Thursday, in two time slots: 6pm and 9pm. The omakase menu, priced at around €80, is accompanied by a selection of à la carte wines starting at €30. This formula promises total immersion in the Japanese culinary universe, where each dish is a work of art prepared before your very eyes by Chef Haraguchi.

For a more relaxed atmosphere, the fishmonger's terrace transforms into a chic izakaya on Fridays and Saturdays. Under the arcades of Marché Saint-Germain, you can enjoy elegant tapas inspired by Japanese cuisine, in a convivial atmosphere. The izakaya's plates are priced from €15 to €25, with a complementary wine offer to accompany these delights.
