On the brick walls, the shelves are overflowing with truffle-related delicatessen products, unsurprisingly, as well as bottles of wine so you can extend the experience at home. As an aperitif, you can even try our cooked truffle wine, or the house special cocktail with this famous wine, the production process of which remains a secret, passion fruit, champagne and, of course, a few shavings of our star mushroom.

On our visit, we found an ultra-comforting winter menu featuring Périgord truffles. For those with a sweet tooth, the beef Rossini, with its spicy foie gras, recommended rare and well-controlled cooking, mashed potatoes with a hint of acidity and forgotten vegetables, is a must-try.

As for lovers of maritime flavors, don't miss the grilled octopus with its melt-in-the-mouth flesh, accompanied by a butternut cremeux for a comforting note in this winter season. Shavings of fresh truffle cover both dishes, and the flavors are mutually sublimated by this exceptional dish. Truffles remain the star of the menu right through to dessert, with a very hearty truffle tiramisu revisited (be sure to save room for this sweet treat if you've got a hearty appetite). Our favorite is the French toast brioche resting on a generous bed of salted butter caramel, and a surprisingly light truffle ice cream, whose subtle notes are perfectly suited to this delicacy. Don't know what to choose? Then without hesitation, we recommend you go for the Café Gourmand, where you'll be able to try these two desserts in addition to the crème brûlée... with truffles, of course.
