Every day, the kitchen team hand-makes a variety of Dimsums with authentic Chinese recipes, using carefully selected ingredients. We love the Siu Mai with duck confit and Hoisin sauce (BBQ), as well as the grilled ravioli (Guo Tie) with free-range chicken and homemade satay sauce.
For fans of steamed Chinese cuisine, don't miss out on Xiao Long Bao! These delicious ravioli are filled with meat and that famous fragrant broth that explodes in your mouth when you bite into them, an explosion of flavors 😀
Le 21g was the first restaurant in Paris to make it its specialty and popularize it. And above all, to offer it 100% fresh, with a thin pastry based on the Taiwanese standard, in a 21gram format = 5g pastry + 16g filling.
The menu at 21G is not limited to Dimsums. Alongside these must-try specialties, you can also discover scallops with vermicelli, marbled eggs with tea or Taiwanese-style fried chicken in an atmosphere of sharing.
Fans can try GUA BAO, available in chicken, duck or pork versions, not forgetting farmhouse pork belly soy & pak choï, or wonton soup, the famous pork/shrimp ravioli, ideal in winter.
For a sweet finish to the meal, 21G Dumpling offers the famous Bubble waffle, here with salted butter caramel, chocolate gianduja and vanilla chantilly. Lighter, the Sago Mango (tapioca pearl, coconut milk, mango) or the black sesame crème brulée will delight you.
