The Bistrots pas Parisiens, who delight us with their restaurants, mainly in the Hauts-de-Seine department, are moving into the Yvelines! And not just anywhere, as the Château Chanorier in Croissy-Sur-Seine will be the place to be by summer 2025.

Les Bistrots Pas Parisiens, which has already produced Bistrot Top Chef, Là-Haut, Splash, Sapristi, Tata Yoyo, Podium and Micheline et Coco Rocco, is preparing to open a new restaurant this summer, this time not in the Hauts-de-Seine, but in the Yvelines. Indeed, it's in Croissy-sur-Seine that the Bistrots Pas Parisiens team, represented by entrepreneur Hakim Gaouaoui accompanied by emblematic presenter Stéphane Rotenberg, has decided to set down its bags - or rather, its pots and pans.

And not just anywhere, as the luminous glass roof of Château Chanorier will soon be the setting for a feast. This building, located in Croissy-sur-Seine, is an elegant XVIIIᵉ century residence that bears witness to the architectural refinement of the period. Built for the Le Bas de Courmont family, wealthy financiers under Louis XV, it then changed owners several times, hosting influential personalities. At the end of the XIXᵉ century, it became the property of the Comte de Chanorier, whose name it bears today. Over the decades, the château has undergone various transformations, while retaining its old-world charm. Today, it is a dynamic cultural venue, hosting exhibitions, a Grenouillère museum dedicated to Impressionism, and a children's play area. Its verdant park, ideal for walks, is a reminder of the prestigious history of this residence in the heart of the Yvelines region.

With a new restaurant in its verdant setting, this place should please even more. As Stéphane Rotenberg reminds us, Bistrots Pas Parisiens is a restaurant concept that offers a short, homemade chef's menu, while remaining affordable. 4 starters, 4 main courses, 4 desserts, all priced from €34 to €39. The menu is created by an as-yet unnamed chef.

We look forward to seeing you in the summer to discover this new gourmet spot in its exceptional setting. In the meantime, don't forget that the company's latest new restaurant, in Rueil-Malmaison, whose kitchen will be run by Danny Khezzar, will open in mid-February.
