Printemps Haussmann unveils a new gourmet address from January 10, 2018: Le Printemps du Goût. Christophe Michalak, Akrame Benallal or even Gontran Cherrier, this new spot with a thousand flavors will thus invade the last two floors of the Printemps de l'Homme.

Lafayette Gourmet is about to face competition. The Printemps Haussmann is entering the dance and opening its own spot dedicated to fooding. The 7th and 8th floors of Printemps de l'Homme will become the Printemps du Goût. This new space opens its doors on the first day of the sales, January 10, 2018. So it's the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a pleasant gourmet break in the middle of a shopping session that promises to be tumultuous. And since it's located at the highest point of Printemps, we're also taking advantage of it to admire the view!

And it must be said that the Parisian department store has seen things in grand style. Because yes, if we are not joking with style, gourmandise is also a subject to be taken very seriously. So we find Christophe Michalak, the most rock'n roll of pastry chefs, who opens his fourth Parisian spot, but not only: Chef Akrame Benallal also invites himself there to flatter the taste buds!

Gontran Cherrier, one of the capital's leading bakers, is also on board. Fresh bread for all tastes! And it's a good thing that Laurent Dubois, cheese maker and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, is also taking part. A great duo for tasting with friends. For caffeine addicts, it's impossible to miss Lomi, one of the best coffee roasters in France who supplies many Parisian coffee shops.

Haven't you noticed anything? The great characteristic of this Printemps du Goût is that it is proud as a rooster of the French soil. Yes, everything here is ofFrench origin, even theolive oil, which we prefer to come from Corsica or Baux de Provence.

Like La Grande Epicerie de Paris (which has opened its second address on the right bank) and Lafayette Gourmet, Le Printemps du Goût is a hybrid place halfway between an XXL delicatessen, a tasting room and a restaurant. This long-term project required no less than two years of preparation. In total, it represents 350 suppliers and 2500 referenced products spread over 1700. A Printemps du Goût that leaves plenty of choice.
