After East Mamma in Bastille, Ober Mamma in Oberkampf, Mamma Primi in Batignolles, Big Love Caffè in the Marais, and Popolare, offering pizzas at mini prices on the Bourse side, Big Mamma is expanding its family with the opening of a new establishment that changes its concept and puts grilled meats in particular in the spotlight.
Nestled this time in the trendy new Pigalle district, this new restaurant, christened Pink Mamma, has been open to you since June 21, 2017, at N°20 bis de la rue de Douai.
To go into more detail, Pink Mamma occupies all four floors of a building, with, icing on the cake, a beautiful glass-roofed space on the top floor. Each floor has its own decor and universe, offering a place that's both spacious and intimate.
As for the menu, Pink Mamma is a large Trattoria offering 1kg T-Bone and 2kg Tomahawk steak. With its 3-meter barbecue, which uses a mix of cherry wood and quebracho to give an incomparable taste, meat lovers are in for a treat. Add to that recipes in the pure Tuscan tradition, and you're in for a real treat.
Of course, good recipes require good meat. The challenge here was to find a killer meat (both tender and tasty) at a competitive price. So they decided to buy whole cows and cook every part of the animal. Corn-fed for extraordinarily tender meat and matured for 45 days, you'll be asking for more, folks.
Buying your own cows is also the assurance of GMO- and hormone-free meat, all raised in the best possible conditions. So they took up the challenge of creating their own breeding chain from A to Z, with their corn and their French breeder. The result: unbeatable value for money.
In short, you're in for another treat at Pink Mamma in Paris.
