Once again this year, the Musée des Arts et Métiers is taking part in the Fête de la Science on Saturday October 5 and Sunday October 6, 2024, and is looking forward to welcoming curious young and old to discover the history of inventions and techniques, around its permanent collections, open free of charge! Take advantage of this new edition to take part in discovery workshops, demonstrations and tours specially organized for this exceptional festival.
If the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts et Métiers is so appealing to children and adults alike, it's because it takes visitors on a journey through time, to discover the greatest inventions and techniques in the history of science: scientific instruments, materials, construction, communication, energy, mechanics and transport... You'll discover thousands of objects that revolutionized their era, in a beautiful setting.
Admission is free on these special days. But don't forget to reserve your place in advance, on the museum's website, for the guided tours. And don't forget to take advantage of all these special events to reconnect with science!
