Once again this year, the ice cream chef has pulled out all the stops and pulled out all the stops, offering not one, not two, but 6 Yule logs, 4 nomad logs that can be shipped anywhere in France, and even 3 Envies in the style of the unmissable mysteries we devoured as children.
For this new Christmas collection, we're doing away with the associations and offbeat designs of previous years! From December 1 to 31, David Wesmaël returns to simplicity and the great classics of French pastry-making in an iced version, like a real return to his roots.
The real plus? A log format for each creation, available from the beginning of December, allowing you to make new discoveries before the big day!
This bûche is made with fromage blanc ice cream from the Hauts-de-France region, cream and confit of two Menton lemons, squeezed lemon caramel, roasted hazelnut shortbread and a soft caramelized Italian meringue.

Once again this year, David Wesmaël is offering nomadic logs that can be shipped anywhere in France. On the menu: the Mysterium log with vanilla and soft vanilla caramel flavors, French meringue, topped with caramelized roasted hazelnuts; the Cofea log, like an iced Opera, with its Arabica coffee ice cream from the Arabian Peninsula, combined with a dark chocolate ganache cream and a strong coffee-soaked cookie; the Fructus log, with mango vanilla ice cream, 4 red fruit sorbet and vanilla ice cream; and the Cacaotica log, for chocolate lovers, featuring 64% cocoa Madong dark chocolate ice cream, dark chocolate sorbet, almond praline with dried fruit and soft hazelnut dacquoise.
