The Bûche Sous-Bois is a rolled cake dressed not in traditional buttercream, but in a symphony of chocolate textures, combining the crunch of the grué, the lightness of the mousse and the sweetness of the cream.
While the freshness of citrus fruits recalls the pleasures of a winter stroll in the forest, the candles (entirely edible) recall the log that once enlivened the hearths of fireplaces.
