Printemps Haussmann's 2024 Yule log by Bryan Esposito on the road to gourmet delights!

The countdown to the festive season is on, and this year, Printemps Haussmann is taking us on a first-class journey with its Printemps Express, a little train that's half hip, half enchanted, speeding through the department store's windows and stopping at the station... in our plates. On board? The signature log for Christmas 2024, imagined by the company's pastry chef, Bryan Esposito, who takes us on a fast-paced gourmet escapade! Inspired by his childhood memories and the magical excitement of Christmas mornings, this creation revives the enchantment of waking up to sparkling eyes and quivering taste buds.

In terms of flavors, it's an express return to childhood: a mousse infused with brioche perdue and salted butter caramel for a cozy touch, a creamy hot chocolate for a touch of regression, a crunchy cornflake and Gianduja for a crunchy twist, a soft madeleine cookie and a cranberry compote for the perfect balance. The whole thing is enrobed in a shell of 66% Valrhona dark chocolate, shaped like a wagon loaded with gifts. This delicious ornament sounds like an invitation to climb aboard the fairytale epic concocted by Printemps to celebrate the end of the year.

Young, old, big kids... there's room for the whole family in this magical train that brings back memories of the locomotives of yesteryear at the foot of the Christmas tree. A limited edition for 6 to 8 guests, the log is available to reserve now for a takeaway or to enjoy on site at the Bleu Coupole restaurant, nestled on the 6th floor of Printemps Femme, from December 3 to 31, 2024.
