On Saturday, September 21,Le Vésinet is the country stop on the route of the Journées du Patrimoine 2024. The charming Yvelines town is home to the Villa Beau Chêne, more commonly known as"Josephine Baker's Villa", the embodiment of a fabulous saga of legends and glamour. Acquired in the 1920s by the music-hall star, this iconic residence has vibrated to the frenzied rhythms of jazz, hosting the greatest personalities of the era at unforgettable parties. Today, the Villa retains Josephine's bold spirit, with its walls steeped in memories and its lush garden. A cultural and artistic legacy that continues to inspire and charm, celebrating the incomparable Joséphine Baker.
