As the New Year approaches, we invite you to (re)discover the school vacation calendar for 2025. After a two-week Christmas break, all students will return to school on Monday January 6, 2025. They will then be able to take advantage of a new winter vacation, starting on February 8 for zone B, February 15 for zone C and February 22 for zone A.

After a well-earned two-week Christmas break, all students will be back in school on Monday January 6, 2025. For the winter and spring vacations in 2025, students in zone C will be the second to leave, after those in zone B and before those in zone A. While the end of the school year is set for July 5, 2025, the start of the new school year is scheduled for September 1.

Vacations start on the days indicated, after school. For students who do not have classes on Saturdays, vacations begin on Fridays after school. Classes resume on the mornings of the days indicated.
The three zones A, B and C are recalled:
- Zone A: the academies of Besançon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Grenoble, Limoges, Lyon, Poitiers.
- Zone B: Aix-Marseille, Amiens, Caen, Lille, Nancy-Metz, Nantes, Nice, Orléans-Tours, Reims, Rennes, Rouen, Strasbourg.
- Zone C: Créteil, Montpellier, Paris, Toulouse, Versailles.
As for bridges and public holidays in 2025, the month of May will see three bridges for the lucky ones: around May 1st, May 8th and May 29th (Ascension Day). As July 14th falls on a Monday, we'll have three days off in a row. The same applies to Assumption Day, which falls on Friday August 15. On the other hand, there is no extra day off for All Saints' Day, which falls on a Saturday.
