From Porte de Clignancourt to Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac station, line 4 crosses Paris from north to south and vice versa, linking the two banks of the Seine. Line 4 is particularly convenient, as it is the only line with connections to all other metro and RER lines except 3bis and 7bis. It is also the second busiest line in the Paris network.
But be warned: if you use line 4 of the Paris metro, or are planning to use it in the near future, there are disruptions ahead. On Sunday May 26, 2024, traffic will be interrupted on the entire line until midday. This interruption is due to modernization work on the line. " Teams are testing the automatic driving system and carrying out final tests on the automatic shuttles," explains RATP.
