In Seine-et-Marne, the prefecture fears a resumption of snowy precipitation on Friday morning. " These weather conditions may cause traffic problems on the department's roads ", says the prefecture in a press release.
With a possible resumption of snowfall on Friday morning, but above all due to overnight refreezing, residents of the 3 départements are advised to limit their travel as much as possible.
